Ft. The Nielsen Family Band
Rising musical comedy duo Griefcat emerged in 2019 as the brainchild of Annie Nardolilli and Louisa Hall, two songwriters from Washington, D.C., whose shared wit and undeniable musical chemistry made their collaboration feel like fate. Now established as modern, genre-hopping troubadours unafraid of sonic experimentation, Griefcat builds on influences from Tenacious D to Dolly Parton and beyond, infusing the result with a healthy dose of campiness and a talent for tongue-in-cheek sociopolitical commentary — a winning combination that has earned them the backing of a diverse and growing fanbase, a standing ovation from Simon Cowell, 100m+ social media views, and critical acclaim from outlets including The Washington Post over a string of releases and electric live gigs to date. Their next album, Dirty Laundry, is slated to drop September 19, to be preceded by a slew of singles, music video releases, and live performances later this year.

The Nielsen Family Band
2025 has been a busy year for the Lancaster-based Nielsen Family Band. Beyond keeping a steady live schedule around the North East, the “space-country” quintet released their third LP, “Whatever Reality,” in May to a large hometown audience. Each Nielsen Family Band show guarantees a unique setlist composed of originals and covers that feel at once familiar and refreshing. Fuzzy grit, sparkly twang, and every texture in between finds its place in the band's sound. Even at their most unpredictable, it's hard not to feel at home with the NFB.

SWOLL is the minimal, low-end-heavy electronic-rock project of Baltimore-based singer-songwriter Matthew Dowling. His latest musical venture, SWOLL, marries elements of pop, electro, rock and trap with major emphasis on grooves while skirting a balanced minimalism.
The artist began playing music over two decades ago. Over the last 14 years, Dowling’s been actively involved in the DC music scene, playing bass for bands such as Deleted Scenes (Park the Van Records), the EFFECTS (Dischord Records), Paperhaus (Misra Records), Joy Buttons, and more. After the dissolution of Deleted Scenes in 2014, Dowling started working with Benjamin Schurr (Br'er/Blight Records) on a series of sparse, melancholic, yet hook-driven new songs. Utilizing limitations as a compositional tool, the duo focused on a spare sonic palate of old drum machines, bass, baritone guitar and haunting synths, thus giving birth to the band SWOLL which also includes band member Erik Sleight.
SWOLL is led by Dowling's falsetto floating atop chugging bass lines, contrasting with dark, growling beats, giving the music both an intimate and powerful presence. Using this experiential approach, Dowling’s musicality unfolds in a deep, eclectic soundscape textured in resonating melodies and honest lyricism, blending together part psychedelic rock with dark electro synth pop.

Hometime is a slacker rock trio hailing from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, known for their raw energy shows. Formed in 2017, the band has a dreamy yet punchy sound, drawing inspiration from artists like Mac Demarco and Joyce Manor. The band's debut EP Bird captures the essence of their DIY roots, showcasing catchy lyrics and melodic charm. Whether they are playing in packed coffee shops, gritty basements, or bright stages, Hometime brings an infectious authenticity to every performance.
